Article 2 – Purpose
These terms and conditions govern the sales of textile care accessories concluded on this site between the seller and any consumer within the meaning of the Consumer Code.
Article 3 – Products
The essential characteristics of each product are listed on its product sheet. Photographs are as accurate as possible but do not constitute a contractual commitment regarding color nuances or scale.
Article 4 – Price
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included, excluding delivery costs where applicable. The seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the applicable price is that displayed at the time of the order.
Article 5 – Order
The order is firm after validation of the basket, entry of contact details, choice of delivery method, acceptance of these terms and conditions, and payment confirmation. A summary email is sent immediately.
Article 6 – Payment
Payment is made online using the methods offered at the time of the order. Banking data is processed directly by the payment provider and never passes through the seller.

Article 8 – Right of Withdrawal
The customer has 14 days from receipt to withdraw, a period that the seller voluntarily extends to 30 days. The terms are specified on the Returns and Refunds page.
Article 9 – Legal Guarantees
All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
Article 10 – Personal Data

Article 11 – Consumer Mediation
