Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the parcel is handed over to the carrier.
Late or missing parcel
If your order has not arrived within the stated time, write to us at kianistore92@gmail.com. Under article L.216-6 of the French Consumer Code, if delivery still does not take place within a reasonable additional period, you may cancel the order and obtain a full refund within 14 days.
