Right of withdrawal
In accordance with articles L.221-18 and following of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons for your decision or pay any penalty.
We voluntarily extend this period to 30 days from the date of receipt.
Return conditions
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its complete original packaging.
- Any provided accessories (brush, stands) must be included.
- An item that is visibly used may be subject to a discount proportionate to the observed depreciation.
How to proceed

- We will respond within 24 business hours with the return address and instructions.
- Return the package within 14 days of your declaration of withdrawal.
Return shipping costs

Refund
The refund will be issued no later than 14 days after the recovery of the items or proof of their shipment, using the same payment method as used during the order, unless otherwise agreed by you.
Defective or non-compliant item
Regardless of the right of withdrawal, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 and following of the Consumer Code, 2 years from delivery) and the guarantee against hidden defects (article 1641 of the Civil Code). In this case, the return costs are at our expense.
