Right of withdrawal
Under articles L.221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason or pay a penalty.
We voluntarily extend that period to 30 days from receipt.
Return conditions
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its complete original packaging.
- The accessories supplied (brush, frames) must be included.
- An item that has visibly been used may be refunded at a reduced amount, in proportion to the loss of value.
How to proceed
- Write to us at kianistore92@gmail.com with your order number and the items concerned.
- We reply within 24 business hours with the return address and the steps to follow.
- Send the parcel back within 14 days of declaring your withdrawal.
Return shipping costs

Refund
The refund is issued no later than 14 days after we receive the items back, or after you provide proof that they have been sent, using the same payment method you used for the order, unless you agree otherwise.
Faulty or non-conforming item
Separately from the right of withdrawal, you are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code, 2 years from delivery) and by the guarantee against hidden defects (article 1641 of the French Civil Code). In that case, return shipping is at our expense.
